About Us

My photo
We are the Pomario Family and we used to live in Johannesburg, South Africa. On the 10 July 2009 at 8.05 our little family grew to 3 when our precious daughter Natalia was born. We were blessed that she had chosen us to be her parents and we were privileged to have her in our lives. We believe she is here to teach us many lessons and give us plenty of joy. We relocated to Australia in April 2011. These are our stories……

Norwood Christmas Parade

We went to the Norwood Christmas Parade this morning, on The Parade (that's what the street is called, so don't get confused). A freezing morning! Who would've thought that it would be a not so warm 16deg today? And pouring? We got there at 9am to get a good spot and view of the floats. The kids draw pictures on the tar with chalk and of course we had to do the same. Just after the parade started it came down in buckets; everybody in the parade was soaked, shame. We at least could find cover thankfully. It wasn't as good at the parade in the city; a much smaller budget I'm sure. It was fun to be out anyway and Natalia just wanted to see Santa.

The road has been branded

One of the many clowns keeping the kids entertained

Balloons

A view down The Parade

Then the rain came.......

Camels in Adelaide ??

And did it pour !!!

Having a drink

Safe under the covers with Daddy

Shame, everyone was soaked but the parade carried on

A new balloon

The rain has stopped for a bit and the parade is still going

Finally, Santa is almost here. Spot him way in the distance.

Heeellloooo Santa!!!!!
