Bye Bye Housie

So it is with sadness that we bid farewell to our house and neighbourhood in Allen's Nek :(  We lived there for 5.5 good years. I will miss my beloved bedroom, huge kitchen and beautiful garden. I hope the couple that moves in after us enjoys it as much as we did.
Here's to living like a nomad for next couple of months - not looking forward to that!

What Do You Do On A Hot Day In Africa

Run through the sprinklers and swim of course!!! Natalia was very happy when she could run through t sprinklers, play in the mud and swim in her mini pool that I made for her. She was in her element.

Carnivore Restaurant

We went to the Carnivore Restaurant last night in Mulderdrift at the Misty Hills Hotel. Its a night out with a difference. A real African feel and you get to eat some exotic meat - crocodile, kudu, hartebeest and impala to name a few.

Uncle Wayne Comes to Visit

Uncle Wayne came to visit all the way from Canada to play with Natalia. At first she was a little wary of him but of course grew to love him quickly, cause he's a fun uncle. The kind that gets down on his knees and plays with Natalia and of course gets dirty and teaches her naughty things :)

Spinning around is one of Natalia's favourite things to do. She just wants more and more and more, as much as you will do it. She's an adrenaline junky and would love to go on fairground rides. When she's old enough we'll take her to Disney World.
